Melting Pot Social® redefines the dining experience with a playful twist on the traditional Melting Pot® restaurant, showcasing a bar-centric atmosphere and a delectable focus on cheese-forward cuisine. Its whimsical ambiance and creative culinary offerings make it a truly unique destination.
Objective
To establish Melting Pot Social as a renowned restaurant brand by creating a distinct brand vision, identity, and customer experience that caters to a diverse range of lifestyle profiles and demographic statuses, while effectively communicating through a cohesive brand voice, logo, marketing creative, menu, and website design.
Solution
A thorough brand vision board was developed over a course of months, incorporating elements of ambiance, aesthetics, and examples of the ideal customer experience. Extensive research was conducted to identify and define target lifestyle profiles and demographic statuses that aligned with the brand vision, allowing for tailored marketing strategies. A fully developed brand voice was also established that would eventually resonate with the target audience and consistently communicated across all channels.
A logo was designed, capturing the essence of Melting Pot Social, sister restaurant concept the Melting Pot. In tandem with the operations team I designed the restaurant menu . Examples of potential creative marketing materials were crafted, utilizing engaging campaigns to attract and retain the target audience.
